These terms apply when you use compassgrade.com or pay CompassGrade for anything. Our address is CompassGrade, Raamplein 1, 1016 XK Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The report card and fix plan

The report card and fix plan are based on public data collected when you request them. Rankings on Google change constantly, so the report shows a snapshot, not a promise. It is information to help you decide what to improve, not legal or financial advice.

Voluntary payment

Paying for your report card and fix plan is voluntary. Nothing is locked, and a payment doesn’t unlock anything or buy extra service. You choose the amount, and $0 is fine. Changed your mind within 14 days? Ask and we refund it.

Autopilot

Autopilot is a monthly subscription. It renews each month until you cancel, which you can do anytime from your account; it then stops at the end of the paid month. If your average map rank hasn’t improved after 60 days, your second month is refunded automatically. We can’t guarantee specific rankings, because Google decides them.

If you give us manager access to your Google Business Profile, we only use it to post updates and replies described in your plan. You can remove our access at any time.

Fair use

Don’t use CompassGrade to request reports in bulk by script, to harass businesses, or to break the law. We may limit or close accounts that do.

Liability

We work hard to get every finding right, and every report is checked twice before it’s sent. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will note the date above. Dutch law applies, unless the law where you are gives you rights that can’t be waived.
